Local road, gravel and mountain bike routes around Noosa, Tewantin, Cooroy and the Sunshine Coast. Traced from real rides — pinch the waypoints into Google Maps and go.
A cracking early-morning 49km with a proper kick — flat run out through Doonan and Eumundi before the climb up Cooroy Mountain Road (locally known as "The Muster"), then a fast rolling descent home via Tinbeerwah. A favourite before-work loop. Waypoints: Noosaville → Doonan → Eumundi → Cooroy Mountain Rd → Tinbeerwah → Noosaville.
A flatter recovery route hugging the coast. Coffee stop at Sunshine Beach or Peregian is mandatory. Suits any tyre over 25mm. Waypoints: Noosaville → Noosa Heads (Hastings St) → Sunshine Beach → Peregian Beach → Coolum Beach → back via David Low Way → Noosa Junction → Noosaville.
A big 100km road loop south through the cane fields and back up the coast — quiet backroads via Yandina, Bli Bli and Marcoola, then Sunshine Coast beaches on the return. Rolling with a couple of proper pinches; the long, mostly-flat middle section makes this a good century ride if you want the distance without the mountains. Coffee stops easy in Yandina or Marcoola. Waypoints for Google Maps: Noosaville → Doonan → Eumundi → Yandina → Bli Bli → Marcoola → Coolum → Peregian → Sunshine Beach → Noosaville.
A punchy 17km loop out of the workshop into the Wooroi (Tewantin State Forest) trail network — perfect for a pre-work hit-out or shaking down a new bike. Rolling singletrack with a few sharp pinches; 300m of climbing keeps it honest. Family-friendly if you stick to the fire roads.

A proper 70km XC epic looping out through the Cooroy and Black Mountain hinterland — fire road, forestry doubletrack and singletrack linking the Tewantin, Ringtail and Cooroy forest networks. Over 1,000m of climbing, so pack food and plenty of water. Best in cooler months and after a dry week.
