How TuneUp Workshop collects, uses and protects your personal information.

We collect your name, phone number and email address when you book a service or make an enquiry. For custom builds, we may also record fit measurements and component preferences. We do not collect payment card details — card transactions are processed through our terminal provider.
We use your contact details to notify you when your bicycle is ready, to confirm bookings, and to follow up on completed work. With your consent, we may add you to our shop-ride notification list. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Your information is stored securely in our workshop management system and accessed only by TuneUp staff. We take reasonable steps to protect your data from misuse, loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.
Our website uses basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to view the site.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing tuneupcycles@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
